Air cooled edible fungus air conditioner

The heat preservation and heating of edible fungus greenhouses has always been a key problem puzzling growers. Especially in northern China, traditional methods such as multi-layer film heat preservation, electric lamp light compensation, coal-fired heating, and hot air stove heating have achieved some results, but they are inconvenient to manage. The heating effect is unstable, high pollution, and high energy consumption, which do not meet the needs of environmental protection and energy conservation society. The country is also gradually eliminating these traditional methods. For farmers, It also does not conform to the economic benefits.

The most critical point of edible mushroom greenhouse is the need for stable heating. As far as the current situation in China is concerned, many edible fungus greenhouses are located in the suburbs and operated by farmers. The economic and technological reserves of farmers are relatively less developed than those of cities, so the most traditional scheme is to use boilers for heating. Boiler heating also brings some problems. Data shows that if a greenhouse with a width of 8 meters, a length of 80 meters, and a volume of 1300M3 is used for heating, coal-fired boilers will be used. One ton of coal is consumed every day to raise the temperature in the greenhouse by 3 ℃. It can be seen that if you want to use coal to heat the greenhouse, the cost of energy is not low. Moreover, when such coal-fired heating equipment is in operation, special personnel shall be assigned to watch to prevent fire caused by sparks.
