The ground source heat pump system exchanges energy with the soil through closed water circulation, without destroying the stratum structure, using groundwater resources, low noise, and discharging exhaust gas and waste, so it does not cause thermal pollution to the air and has a good environmental quality of zero pollution. (There is no combustion process during heat supply to avoid smoke exhaust pollution, and cooling tower is saved during cooling to avoid noise and mold pollution.)
In a small and medium-sized heat source heating system, the heat source (outdoor system and machine room equipment) accounts for 50%~60% of the total investment, and the primary pipe network (pipeline equipment required for transmission from the heat source center to the end user location) accounts for about 10%; Terminal equipment (floor heating equipment, fan coil units and pipes required for entering buildings and households) accounts for 20%~30%

Among them, 30% subsidy will be given to the heat source and primary pipe network for the newly built renewable water (sewage), waste heat and ground source heat pump heating projects; 50% financial support will be given to the heat source and primary pipe network for the new deep geothermal heating project; The existing coal-fired and oil fired heating boilers will implement the heat pump system transformation project, and 50% of the funds will be given to the heat pump system.
